Vernon Kent Cooper, MD, is a board-certified neurologist dedicated to providing comprehensive neurological care to patients throughout Southeast Kansas. He earned his medical degree, graduating Cum Laude, from the University of Missouri School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Missouri–Columbia.
