Tanya Brokob, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout Southeast Kansas. With more than a decade of primary care experience, she focuses on preventive medicine, wellness, chronic disease management, and personalized care that helps patients achieve their long-term health goals.

A lifelong Southeast Kansas resident, Tanya grew up on a farm near Hepler and graduated from Girard High School. She continues to call the area home, where she lives with her husband, Matt, and their three children. Her deep local roots strengthen her commitment to caring for the friends, families, and neighbors who make this community special.
