Lisa Salvador MD was born in Wray Colorado and grew up on a farm in northeastern Colorado. She completed her undergraduate studies at The Colorado College. While at Colorado College, Dr. Salvador was a member of the women’s basketball team. She received her M.D. from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver. Following medical school, Dr. Salvador completed her residency at the St. Francis Family Practice residency program in Wichita, Kansas.

Dr. Salvador resides with her husband, Tom, on a farm in Southern Crawford County. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling and spending time with her family.

Dr. Salvador’s office is in the Medical Office Building adjacent to Girard Medical Center in Girard. The address is 307 N Hospital Drive, Suite 5, Girard, KS 66743.
