Position Overview

Girard Medical Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals to join our team in a PRN (as-needed) capacity. We have multiple clinical openings across the hospital and our outpatient clinics, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient needs
• Perform clinical tasks relevant to the assigned department/role (nursing, radiology, laboratory, registration, etc.)
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to a positive and professional environment for patients, families, and staff

Qualifications

• Current licensure, certification, or registration as required by position (RN, CNA, MA, Radiology Tech, Phlebotomist, etc.)
• Prior clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
