The Girard Medical Center Foundation is excited to announce that it has been awarded a $149,796 Innovation in Healthcare Grant from the Patterson Family Foundation to support the purchase of new surgical equipment for Girard Medical Center.

The grant will provide a significant investment in the future of surgical care at Girard Medical Center by helping modernize operating rooms with critical new equipment. The project will improve patient and staff safety, strengthen infection prevention efforts, and support more efficient, high-quality surgical care for patients throughout the communities Girard Medical Center serves.

All $149,796 in grant proceeds will go directly toward purchasing new equipment for the project.
